In this role, you will lead teams of Solar Installers and Apprentices in the installation of Residential Solar PV Systems, Battery Installations, and EV Charging stations. While prior solar experience is preferred, it’s not required—we will provide you with the training needed to excel in the solar industry.

Compensation:

• Pay: $35-$45 per hour based on experience, PLUS:

Requirements:

• Idaho Journeyman License or ability to acquire before the start date
• Proven ability to lead and guide team members
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
