What You’ll Do:

• Manage Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries and provide support with professionalism and courtesy.
• Customer Follow-Up: Reach out to past prospects to discuss the benefits of solar and encourage them to reconsider their options.
• System Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate notes in our CRM system for every customer interaction.
